Panic attack

My first contact with a mental health worker was in 2021. In that period the first panic attacks began and I had absolutely no idea how to deal with them. That’s why I decided to turn to a psychologist. It wasn’t easy at first, opening up so much to someone you don’t know and talking about your problems is not for everyone. But all this effort has been useful in the end. I can say now that I can recognize and deal with a panic attack.

Open up

I am a 20-year-old male and have never had a problem accessing psychological resources. There have been difficult events in my life but I have always had the ability and courage to deal with them. Since about a month ago I started a private psychological process, it is a time in my life when I opened myself to new experiences and new people. I think this process can help me to settle down more and orient myself more towards social relationships.
